The purpose of the Clark County School District Transportation Department is to provide services to children and schools in a safe, timely, and courteous manner. Transportation services are provided to and from schools and other related activities. Transportation guidelines for determining walking distance, safety conditions, bus seating, and bus routing is in accordance with CCSD Regulation 3531.

Bus Safety Rules – The safety of Clark County School District bus riders is the department’s first and largest priority. Parents/Guardians are strongly encouraged to review the bus safety rules and video with their child each year. This is especially important for first time bus riders. Address/Contact Information Changes – Parent/Guardians must submit address and/or contact information changes to their child’s school registrar. The updated information is then electronically transferred to the Transportation’s routing database for review, assignment, and modification within 24 hours. Your child’s transportation eligibility and services are derived from the information obtained from your child’s record. Please assist us in ensuring student records are kept up to date.

Distribution of Route Information – Approximately two (2) weeks prior to the start of each school year, the Transportation Department will begin distributing updates regarding the new school year route information. Parents/Guardians will receive notification by email and/or text message based on the available information in their child’s Infinite Campus record. Parents/Guardians may obtain their child’s transportation information by clicking on the “Click Here Student Bus Stop…” link above. Please ensure you have the child’s District issued student identification number.
